honey face mask

How can anything that tastes so good be of any good? I’m sure anyone running from fat or crawling to it ponders that question, being that many believe anything considered healthy shouldn’t taste delicious. Honey to others that aren’t trying to shed a few lbs by cutting sugar out their diet may regard the delightfully sweet agent as a fancy sugar Placebo. Though, highly recommended and respected in ancient civilizations, is not appreciated enough in today’s modern societies. Especially by those with terrible skin whose salty fat acne prone tears can be found at the bottom of any doctor prescribed skin crème. The liquid is so sweet and comforting that many people do not give its healing abilities a second thought. Honey has been my best agent in addition to other over-the-counter skincare products in fighting horrid breakout, oiliness and maintaining an even tone. Many don’t realize that bees add an extra goodness of their own. Honey possesses unique life-supporting qualities not found in other sugars and delivers much more than a yummy taste. Honey is more than just a sugar and a pleasant texture that coats an irritated throat or combats a cold. There is more than meets the eye or skin for that matter!

Honey the “super-food” naturally has protein, vitamins and minerals also, honey has antioxidant qualities too. Honey can be used in a variety of skincare ways as an addition to your weight loss diet plan.
